IES Agra de Raíces, Cee. 2020
From IES Agra de raíces I was asked to paint on this small wall a mural dedicated to the role of women in the arts. Looking for a theme for the mural I found some photographs that Ruth Mathilda Anderson took in this area of Galicia in the 1920s. Women of the period in her work. The image is an interpretation of two of these photographs and is a tribute to the work of the women of Pindo and to the work of Ruth Mathilda Anderson.
